WHERE ARE THE OPTISHAKE MACHINES LOCATED?
Our service is already available in over 200 locations across UK, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You can find our locations on the map via this link.
CAN I WASH THE SHAKER IN THE DISHWASHER?
Yes, the shaker is dishwasher safe, but the RFID tag can sometimes get damaged by high temperatures or frequent washing. If the tag stops working, we’ll replace it free of charge.
CAN I SHARE MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH A FRIEND?
No, like your gym membership, an Optishake membership is personal. It can’t be shared with a friend or family member, even if you train at different times.
I LOST MY SHAKER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No worries! You can register multiple shakers to your account.
Steps:
- Grab a new shaker from the shelf/near the machine.
- Tap the new shaker on the reader.
- Enter your email address. The system will link the shaker to your account.
The price for a new shaker is £4.90.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, HOW DO I DO IT?
The easiest way to cancel your Optishake monthly subscription is directly from the machine:
- Tap your shaker on the machine.
- Press your name at the bottom of the screen to access your profile.
- Confirm the cancellation. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after the subscription ends.
A cancelled subscription ends at the end of the billing period, i.e., after 1–30 days. During the cancellation period, you can continue to use the service as usual.
Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription by sending an email to hello@optishake.info.
CAN I BUY DRINKS FROM THE MACHINE WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can! Simply choose your preferred drink, scan the QR code with your phone, and pay easily through your phone.
HOW IS THE OPTISHAKE SUBSCRIPTION PAID?
Optishake subscription fees and drink packs are charged via Stripe. We accept both debit and credit cards. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several local mobile payment options.
WHERE CAN I CHECK IF ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID?
You can check the payment status of your invoices and update your payment information at optishake.info/invoices.
I ONLY GOT WATER INSTEAD OF A DRINK. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sometimes the machine may run out of powder, causing the drink to be watery or just water. We apologise for this!
If the quality of the drink you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, leave negative feedback in the post-drink survey and explain what went wrong.
We automatically refund the drink to your account when you give negative feedback.
