optishake return inspection
The return inspection is an essential part of the return process for your Optishake machine. To ensure everything proceeds smoothly, please complete the inspection no later than one (1) month before the end of the notice period. Once the inspection has been reviewed, Optishake will confirm that the machine is in good condition and ready to be reallocated to a new location. To avoid any delays, kindly make sure the inspection has been completed and properly documented before packing the machine or arranging transport.

1. Clean the machine
Clean the machine thoroughly before documentation. Remove all visible dirt, powder residue, and drink remains. You don’t have to empty the powder containers.
Clean the following areas:
- exterior surfaces and touchscreen
- drink nozzles
- areas around the powder containers
- visible interior parts
2. Visual condition inspection
Inspect and document any damage or irregularities.
Pay special attention to:
- dents, scratches, or cracks
- rust or moisture-related damage
- missing or loose parts
- condition of the screen and powder containers
3. Photos and videos
Take clear photos (and videos if necessary) of the cleaned machine.
Parts:
- front, back, and side views
- interior parts (doors open)
- powder containers and nozzles
- condition of the screen (power turned off)
4. Submitting the material

Once the materials have been received and approved, Optishake will confirm the machine’s return eligibility.
