WHERE can I find the nearest OPTISHAKE location?

Our service can already be found in over 170 sports facilities in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

CAN THE SHAKE BE WASHED IN A WASHING MACHINE?

Yes! The shaker itself withstands machine wash well, but the RFID sticker sometimes breaks in high temperatures or if it’s washed often. If the sticker stops working, we can replace it free of charge.

CAN I USE THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TOGETHER WITH A FRIEND?

No. Just like your gym membership, Optishake monthly subscription is personal. It can’t be shared with a friend or family member, even if you work out at different times.            

I’VE LOST MY SHAKER, WHAT DO I DO?

Don’t worry, you can register multiple shakers in your account! 

Steps:
1. Grab a new shaker from the shelf/near the machine
2. Beep the new shaker on the reader
3. Enter your email address. The system attaches the shaker to your account. 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT DO I DO?

The most convenient way to end your Optishake subscription is directly from the machine:

  1. Beep your shaker to the device
  2. Press your name on the bottom of the screen to enter your profile page.
  3. Confirm the end of the subscription. You will receive a confirmation message in your email shortly after expiry.

A cancelled subscription expires at the end of the billed period, i.e. after 1-30 days. During the cancellation period, you can use the service as usual.

CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL DRINKS FROM THE MACHINE WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?

Yes you can! Just select the drink you prefer, scan the QR code with your phone and pay easily on your phone.

HOW ARE OPTISHAKE SUBSCRIPTIONS PAID?

Optishake subscription fees and drink packages are billed through Stripe. Both debit and credit cards are accepted. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay and a number of local mobile payment options.

WHERE CAN I SEE IF ALL MY BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID?

You can check the payment status of your invoices and change your payment card info at optishake.info/invoices.

I RECEIVED ONLY WATER INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL DRINK. CAN THE DRINK BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT?

Sometimes the device may have run out of some powder, which is why the drink is either lean or plain water. Apologies!

If the quality of the drink you ordered does not meet your expectations, give negative feedback in the post-drink survey and tell us what went wrong.

We will automatically reimburse the drink to your account when you give negative feedback.
