We’re Hiring: B2B Customer Success lead, Sweden.
📍 Location: Sweden (Field-based/Hybrid)

Optishake is now live in 260+ gyms across 5 markets – and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own our B2B partnerships with gyms and make sure they are well supported day to day.
This role is a hands-on blend of Customer Success and field work.
You’ll be in charge of making sure new gyms get set up, trained, and onboarded – and that existing partners stay engaged, active, and see real value from the partnership.
You’ll report to our Head of Customer Success/Country Manager for Sweden, and work closely with sales.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for our partner gyms
- Visit gyms to install Optishake machines, train staff and make sure they know how to use and promote Optishake
- Machine support – you’re comfortable troubleshooting and figuring things out on your own. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you know your way around cables, settings, and problem-solving in the field
- Follow up regularly to drive usage and prevent churn
- Place and manage orders to make sure partners get what they need, when they need it
- Spot issues early and solve them before they escalate.
- You own customer relationships end-to-end. You make clear decisions, communicate them well, and don’t need constant guidance. When things aren’t perfect, you stay calm and take ownership.
- Share insights from the field with the rest of the team
IS THIS YOU?
- Driver’s license
- You like being out in the field and enjoy a mix of administrative work and hands-on tasks
- Strong people skills – confident, clear, and proactive
- Great communication skills – both internally and externally
- You’re structured and follow up like a pro
- You’re technical enough to handle basic machine setup (we’ll train you)
- Willingness to travel 3–4 days/week – some overnight travel included. Company car solution available.
- Languages: Fluent Swedish (spoken and written), professional English
